The IMO Maritime Safety Committee has officially opened its sessions today, setting a strong agenda around the energy transition in maritime transport.

Brazil is fully engaged, with the Navy coordinating a national delegation including:
Ministry of Transport
Ministry of Mines and Energy
Ministry of Environment and Climate Change
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
ANTAQ
IBAMA
Petrobras
This cross-sector approach marks an important step for Brazil, aligning national strategy with global efforts to enhance maritime safety and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
At AUS40 Brazil, we believe collaboration between public policy and market solutions is key. Contact us to learn how AUS40 can help you comply with MARPOL greenhouse gas emission
