Brazil and the Netherlands have established a high-impact cooperation agreement aimed at modernizing Brazilian ports through green corridors, renewable energy integration, and sustainable port management.

Over the next 15 months, technical delegations will conduct missions between:
Brazil: Ports of Santos, Pecém, Paranaguá, and Rio Grande
Netherlands: Ports of Rotterdam, Harlingen, and Nijmegen
